Nestinka Rebello is Director & COO of CodeMax IT Solutions, responsible for product delivery, global operations, and client success. Her journey in technology began with early coding lessons in Goa — growing into a career at the intersection of fintech innovation and operational leadership that spans continents.

At CodeMax, Nestinka led the development of Orion — the company's real-time AML transaction monitoring and financial crime screening platform — from concept to production, deployed across multi-jurisdictional client environments in Europe, the UK, and beyond. She oversees engineering teams and ensures that CodeMax's delivery standards meet the rigorous requirements of FCA-regulated and globally compliant financial institutions.

Nestinka is a passionate advocate for women in fintech and community safety. She founded the Safe Us initiative — a community safety platform designed to empower and protect. In October 2025, she represented CodeMax at the Goa Developers Summit 2.0 as a panellist on the fintech landscape, sharing the stage with executives from Persistent Systems, Turtlemint, and Neural Machines.
