The Agreement
All partners must sign a formal Referral & Partner Agreement before any referrals or client introductions are made. This agreement:
- Is non-exclusive — you are free to work with other companies and continue your existing business
- Clearly defines commission rates, payment timelines, and the definition of an eligible new client
- Protects both parties with mutual confidentiality obligations
- Specifies the duration and termination conditions
- Does not create an employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship
